Summary This role serves as the primary execution resource for day-to-day marketing activities by coordinating content development, social media, internal communications, and administrative marketing tasks. Duties
• Format marketing collateral, project profiles, proposal support materials, and reference guides.

- Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media and digital channels for five brand platforms. Enhance and grow company presence.
- Protect and enhance company reputation by monitoring and generating online reviews.
- Produce and distribute employee communications (RED Feed).
- Collect and maintain marketing project data in the CRM for use in sales and collateral development.
- Coordinate branded merchandise, promotional materials, sponsorship commitments, and event logistics.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and other creative projects.
- Maintain website content, digital asset libraries, and branded templates.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing initiatives.
- Support recruiting and employer branding initiatives through content development and communication campaigns.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and departmental reporting.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s brand standards.
- Identify public relations and marketing opportunities for the company.
- Represent Kent Companies at industry networking events, trade shows and some recruitment/workforce development events as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, management and/or 1-2 years of related experience in the AEC industry.
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/ job location(s).
- Ability to successfully pass a background check related to driving (for any driver)
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Experience
