• Assessing and treating a broad musculoskeletal and rehabilitation caseload

- Delivering exercise prescription and Clinical Pilates based rehab programs
- Supporting clients across a range of funding pathways, including Medicare EPC and NDIS
- Keeping clear, accurate clinical documentation and communicating with referrers where relevant
- Getting properly involved in the day to day running of a small clinic, not just the treatment room
• Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration (or eligibility to register)
- Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration (or eligibility to register)
- Genuine interest in musculoskeletal care and broader rehabilitation work
- Comfortable across a mixed caseload and different funding pathways, including NDIS
- Confidence with (or willingness to learn) clinic scheduling and day to day practice operations
- Strong communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly
- 1-2 years of private practice experience, with a genuine interest in continuing to develop clinically
