Roller Operator The Patch/Finish Roller Operator is responsible for operating a roller to compact asphalt and ensure a smooth, finished surface. This position works closely with the paving crew to maintain quality, safety, and productivity on the job site.
Available OT/Traveling/Long Hours/Weekends 4725 E Cartier Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89115 Responsibilities:
- Operate the patch roller to smooth and finish the material.
- Follow the paving crew to achieve proper smoothness.
- Monitor the quality of the finished pavement.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow all company and job site safety procedures.
- Assist with other crew duties as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ Year of experience using the Patch Roller.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends when required. (Traveling with in and out of state )
- Strong attention to safety and teamwork.
- Must be able to climb on and off equipment and perform physical job duties.
- Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
