• Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state • Eligible to work in the United States • Experience working independently in a one-on-one home care setting is a plus. • Experience administering medications and monitoring changes in patient condition is a plus. • Experience with clinical observation and documentation is a plus. • Experience supporting children, young adults, and families in a care setting is a plus.
