RN VA Private Care Nurse

Responsibilities:
• Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
- Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
- May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
- Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
- Follow state approved care plan.
- Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
• Active RN license in the state of MO • In Home experience preferred • Strong organizational, time management, and self-management skills • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work autonomously • Strong and compassionate customer service skills • Valid driver’s license, Active Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation We’re taking the journey with you, creating a New Beginning!
