• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
- Pass background checks.
- $18-20 per hour.
- Paid training and mileage reimbursement for client transport.
- Flexible scheduling to help balance work and life commitments.
- Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, sick leave, and personal days.
- PPE provided.
