Our client URGENTLY requires a Human Resource Officer for 12months+ Contracts on the Gold Coast. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join the Program Delivery and Operations team. In this role, you will provide essential support to program managers and regional staff, contributing to the effective delivery of HR services across Gold Coast. Skills and Experience required includes:
• Demonstrated knowledge and discipline in Human Resource Management, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge and discipline in Human Resource Management, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
- Comply with the WH&S Act, Regulations and Departmental policy.
- Research and analyse routine HR issues, providing recommendations aligned with policy and legislation.
- Coordinate regional induction and exit processes.
- Liaise with employees and leaders regarding establishment and payroll activities.
- Maintain data integrity within Human Resource Information Systems, including reporting and documentation.
