- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and digital channels
- Build trusted relationships and become the first point of contact for our customers
- Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate bookings and work closely with our Sales and Operations teams
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional services that add value
- Achieve internal sales targets through consultative conversations and earn commission
What We're Looking For
- Loves helping customers and building relationships
- Has excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Is organised, adaptable and enjoys multitasking
- Is motivated by achieving goals and being rewarded for success
- Has experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centres or sales preferred but overall attitude is everything!
