About the job
Location: San Francisco, CA Work Model: Onsite (fully in-person) Industry: AI for insurance and claims Compensation: $120K-$150K base, plus equity and benefits About the Company Our partner is a hyper-growth AI startup in insurance and claims, growing roughly 50% month over month and at multi seven-figure ARR within its first year. The team is small and moves quickly, with strategic problems arriving faster than there are people to own them. The Opportunity This is a strategy and operations seat working directly with the chief executive on special projects and the initiatives that matter most in a given month. The work changes shape often, which is the point: the person in this role is trusted to pick up an ambiguous, high-stakes problem, structure it, and drive it to an outcome. The path is explicit. This role is a fast track into leadership with a mandate to build and lead a team, so it suits someone who wants to own an area outright rather than support one indefinitely. Visa sponsorship is available. Responsibilities
