Responsibilities
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale system.

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner with attention to detail.
- Greet and seat customers, providing menus and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station throughout the shift.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed, including napkins, utensils, and condiments.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding customer orders, including special requests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
