Phone-based, but not a call center job. What you'll do
• Make follow-up and survey calls to members, and request reviews
- Make follow-up and survey calls to members, and request reviews
- Explain Assured Care benefits and keep members informed about plan updates
- Connect members with a network attorney for will updates, trust changes, and estate settlement
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve member questions, and keep accurate case notes
- With training, grow into supporting families and successor trustees through estate settlement
- Provide backup front desk coverage as needed
• W-2 employment with weekly pay

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. No nights or weekends.

• 2+ years of customer service or member-facing experience (required) • A calm, patient phone manner and empathy for sensitive conversations • Legal, insurance, financial services, probate, or estate planning background is highly valued (no paralegal certification needed) Location: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL.
