Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth—whether in-person or over the phone.
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups using our dental software.
- Handle patient check-ins/check-outs and collect co-pays or balances.
- Coordinate insurance verifications and authorizations.
- Support a smooth flow between front office and clinical team.
- Be a reassuring and friendly first point of contact for nervous little ones and their parents.
- Other assigned tasked by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office (pediatric experience a plus!)
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with dental practice software (we’ll train the right candidate)
- A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine love for working with children
