What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of luxury locker rooms to reflect spa standards
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize showers, sinks, lockers, and guest amenities
- Ensure towels, robes, slippers, and toiletries are fully stocked and beautifully presented
- Assist spa guests by providing towels, water, and refreshments while delivering attentive, courteous service
- Monitor locker rooms regularly to ensure tidiness, comfort, and guest satisfaction
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly to support smooth operations
- Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, and organizing towels and linens
- Uphold a professional presence while maintaining a safe, calm, and welcoming environment
Who You Are
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on guest service and quality standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Understanding of spa environments and amenities, with a health- and wellness-focused mindset
- Professional appearance, positive demeanor, and commitment to hospitality excellence
