What You'll Do
- Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and assembling items according to recipes
- Maintain a clean, organized prep area and follow all kitchen policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
- Label, date, and properly store prepared items to ensure freshness and quality
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist cooks and chefs during busy service periods to support smooth operations
- Receive deliveries, verifying ingredient quality, quantity, and accuracy
- Provide timely, high-quality preparation of items to support an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Some culinary or kitchen experience are preferred, with basic knife and prep skills
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and established recipes accurately
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Enthusiasm for ingredient preparation and supporting the culinary team
