Part Time Senior Companion – Knoxville, TN
A welcoming family in Knoxville TN 37934 is seeking a dedicated, proactive caregiver to provide household support and engaging companionship for a senior individual. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for escorting to appointments is required.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (12 hours per week)
Family Specifications:
- Smoke Free home
Responsibilities:
- Providing engaging companionship and conversation
- Escorting and transporting the care recipient to scheduled appointments
- Light housekeeping and laundry care
- Light meal preparation and general household management
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for escorting to appointments
- Strong background in senior companionship and practical household management
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Proven experience as a proactive, independent private caregiver
Compensation:
- $25-29 per hour
