Company Description An enterprise client is seeking a JHA Analyst to support onsite safety operations by conducting job hazard analyses, facilitating safety meetings, and assisting with safety training initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with customer teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a strong safety culture.
Job Description
- Attend and contribute to weekly onsite meetings
- Support and participate in safety training classes (2–3 week cycles)
- Work extended schedules during project phases
- Lead and assist with safety meetings, including risk assessments and safety briefings
- Provide onsite safety support for customer teams
- Participate in a dedicated 1-week onsite safety meeting and ongoing weekly safety discussions
- Team Structure: Collaborate with a team of 5–6 personnel onsite
Qualifications
- Must have hands-on experience in onsite safety operations, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), hazard identification, and risk assessment.
- Experience facilitating safety meetings and safety training initiatives.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Additional Information Preferably seeking talent within commuting distance of Lake Charles, Louisiana who are available to work onsite.
