• Microservices Development: Architect and implement high-throughput, loosely coupled microservices utilizing Java (11/17+) and Spring Boot .
• Database Optimization: Design scalable relational and non-relational database schemas. Write, analyze, and optimize complex queries, indexes, and transactions to eliminate system bottlenecks.
• Integration & Messaging: Implement asynchronous communications and event-driven patterns between microservices using message brokers.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Champion clean code architectures (SOLID principles). Conduct thorough, constructive code reviews and mentor incoming junior engineers/interns on internal frameworks.
• Resilience & Testing: Maintain high test coverage by writing extensive unit, integration, and component tests. Participate in designing failover strategies (retries, circuit breakers).

• Core Java Mastery: Strong expertise in Java (Java 11 or 17 preference), including deep familiarity with Functional Programming (Streams/Lambdas), Concurrency/Multi-threading, and Memory Management.

• Data Management: Proficient with relational databases ( PostgreSQL / MySQL ) and a solid understanding of connection pooling and transaction propagation rules.
• CI/CD & DevOps Foundations: Familiarity with containerization ( Docker ) and deploying/debugging services in cloud environments.
