About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Marketing Executive to manage Amura’s brand marketing and founder branding initiatives. The role involves content creation, social media management, campaign execution, industry research, and performance tracking to strengthen brand visibility, credibility, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing: Execute marketing activities, maintain content calendars, ensure brand consistency, and support campaigns across digital platforms.
- Founder Branding: Research industry trends, develop LinkedIn content ideas, coordinate with the founder, and build a consistent personal branding strategy.
- Content & Social Media: Draft and coordinate LinkedIn posts, campaign copies, newsletters, and other marketing content; collaborate with creative teams for timely publishing.
- Campaign Execution: Support product campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, webinars, events, and thought-leadership activities.
- Research & Ideation: Track industry trends, competitor activities, customer pain points, and relevant conversations to generate actionable marketing ideas.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordination: Manage marketing calendars, campaign trackers, stakeholder communication, and deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of LinkedIn, social media, and founder/personal branding.
- Good research, content ideation, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and performance reporting.
- A proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and business-minded approach.
Good to Have:
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or startup marketing.
- Experience managing a founder’s or CEO’s personal brand.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Canva, and marketing tools.
- Exposure to lead-generation campaigns, webinars, newsletters, or SEO/AEO.
