What You Will Do?
Brand & Visual Design
• Create visual content that is consistent with Axio Biosolutions' brand identity.
- Create visual content that is consistent with Axio Biosolutions' brand identity.
- Understand and apply typography, colour, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy effectively.
- Develop creative concepts, not just execute pre-defined designs.
- Maintain consistency across Axio Biosolutions, Axiostat® and MaxioCel® communication.
- Help evolve and maintain brand guidelines and visual assets.
• Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels.
- Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels.
- Create social media carousels, infographics, campaign creatives, product communication and promotional content.
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Understand how visual communication works differently across social, web, and other digital channels.
• Edit corporate videos, product videos, event videos, and social media content.
- Edit corporate videos, product videos, event videos, and social media content.
- Create short-form videos/reels and YouTube content.
- Work with footage, interviews, product visuals, graphics, music, transitions, and subtitles.
- Create simple motion graphics and animations where required.
- Convert static brand assets into engaging video content.
- Design brochures, product literature, flyers, posters, standees, exhibition graphics, business cards, certificates and other print collateral.
- Understand print production requirements, including dimensions, bleed, resolution, colour modes, and file preparation.
- Work with printers and vendors when required.
What We are Looking For?
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and visual content creation. • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity and design fundamentals. • Good knowledge of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy. • Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms. • Practical experience with video editing, particularly corporate and social media videos. • Good understanding of print design and production requirements. • Ability to take a communication objective and turn it into a clear visual concept. • Ability to work with brand guidelines while also bringing fresh creative ideas. • Strong attention to detail and consistency. • Comfortable working on multiple projects and managing timelines. Tools Strong proficiency in relevant design and video tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects or equivalent motion graphics tools
- Figma or similar UI/design tools
