Job Description This position will assist with company promotion, digital marketing operations, customer follow-up, and ERP lead generation activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for company social media platforms
- Support digital marketing optimization for company website and Google marketing campaigns
- Track CTA (Call-To-Action) inquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Research potential ERP customers and analyze prospect/customer lists
- Assist with outbound communication and customer engagement activities
- Support overall company branding and marketing promotion efforts
- Prepare reports and marketing-related documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, ERP solutions, and B2B business development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms and online marketing tools
- Basic understanding of Google marketing, SEO, or digital advertising is a plus
- Ability to research, organize, and analyze customer/prospect information
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask is a plus
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
