Job description:
We are in the lookout for someone interested in joining the Marketing unit of a tech company working in the fintech lending industry working with clients across the globe. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with experienced marketing professionals, learn about different marketing channels, implementation of brand aesthetics, learn about various types of artworks and industry standard editing skills. Looking for individuals capable of delivering creative ideas & show amazing attention to provide industry standard designs.
Your responsibilities:
•
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information & materials
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, font size, style & related aesthetic concepts
- Develop illustrations, social media & printing media related designs
- Use the appropriate brand colour elements & layouts for each graphic maintaining consistency across designs and keeping uniform branding
- Work with creative directors to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if needed
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results within timelines
Skill sets/Experience we require:
•
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly, take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams
- Portfolio of high-quality designs, illustrations & editing skills
- Proficiency in design software and tools including Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- An eye for lookout creative designs & implement according brand guidelines
- Ability to work methodically & meet deadline
Eligible Streams : Keen interest in Graphic Designing and have done work and able to share their work portfolio Marks Criteria: 55% and Above in Class X & XII, 7 point and Above in Graduation (Till Date) , No Active Backlogs Stipend: 20K per month (Current Role (Apprentice) - 6 Months), Full time role will be offered on successful completion of the apprenticeship period Joining Date: Immediate Job Location: Kolkata Working Mode: From Office Bond: No Bond
