Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit qualified US healthcare professionals.
- Source and recruit qualified US healthcare professionals.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruit candidates for Travel Nursing and Allied Health positions.
- Source RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs , and other clinical professionals.
- Work with MSP/VMS platforms and client requirements.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Ensure candidates meet required compliance and documentation standards.
- Build and maintain a strong healthcare candidate pipeline.
• 2 +years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment . • Experience with Travel Nursing / Allied Healthcare staffing . • Knowledge of MSP/VMS processes . • Good understanding of US healthcare roles and recruitment practices. • Strong communication and candidate-handling skills. • Ability to work in US/night shifts .
