- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Trade Marketing, or Dealer Network Development
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets
- Experience in B2B sales and channel partner management
- Experience in handling distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, influencers, or trade partners
Technical Skills
- Lead generation and conversion
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Market intelligence and competitor analysis
- CRM management and reporting
- Trade promotion and channel engagement programs
- Basic understanding of loyalty and rewards programs
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Sales & Business Development Skills
- New business acquisition
- Relationship management
- Influencer engagement (contractors, electricians, plumbers, architects, applicators, etc.)
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations
- Cross-selling and upselling opportunities identification
- Strategic account management
