ERP-Next Functional Consultant

Experience: 4-7 years

Overview: We seek a seasoned ERPNext Functional Consultant specialized in the Sales module to lead ERP implementations, streamline sales processes, and enhance client productivity. The role involves requirement analysis, process mapping, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of ERPNext solutions focused on the sales domain.

Key Responsibilities: Lead requirement-gathering sessions focused on the Sales module (Sales Orders, Quotations, Pricing, Invoicing, Customer Management). Map business processes into ERPNext and design optimized workflows with minimal customizations. Configure ERPNext Sales and linked modules (CRM, Inventory, Accounts Receivable). Perform gap analysis, create Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements or integrations. Conduct UAT, manage deployment support, and ensure smooth go-live for sales operations. Train end users on sales workflows and reporting functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales data with Finance, SCM, and CRM modules. Support post-implementation improvements and system optimization.

Required Skills & Experience: 4–7 years of ERP functional consulting experience, with minimum 3 years hands-on in ERPNext . Proven expertise in Sales, CRM, and Order-to-Cash processes. Strong understanding of quotation management, discount structures, tax configuration, and pricing rules. Experience leading at least 2–3 full-cycle ERPNext implementations . Ability to document BRDs/FSDs and design process flows effectively. Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. Exposure to SQL, Python, or Frappe framework preferred.

Nice to Have: Experience with ERPNext integrations involving e-commerce or payment gateways. Knowledge of automation tools and reporting dashboards in ERPNext.
