As Associate Director - Operations, you will own operational performance across a defined region/cluster, working closely with the AVP Operations to translate business priorities into high-quality, predictable execution. You will lead teams and vendor networks while driving Installation, Commissioning, TAT, Quality, Safety and Customer NPS . Key Responsibilities 1. Business & Operational Performance
• Own regional Installation and Commissioning targets and ensure timely achievement.

- Drive monthly and quarterly business plans, supported by daily performance reviews.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and recovery actions.
- Track operational performance through data, dashboards, and key metrics.

- Define clear OKRs, establish accountability, and drive team performance.
