Job Description – Program Manager Location: Bangalore (On-site) Experience: 2 - 3 Years Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview We are seeking high-potential Program Manager to support strategic and operational projects across the organization. The role offers structured on-the-job training with hands on exposure to end-to-end project execution, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Run pilots, visit sites to gather actionable insights, present to leadership and scale the pilot ● Run end-to-end project planning & execution with senior leadership guidance. ● Own data collection, validation, governance, and reporting across multiple business functions. ● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for leadership decision making ● Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership. ● Analyze project data to identify risks, delays, and improvement opportunities ● Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely milestone completion ● Assist in streamlining workflows, documentation, and SOPs ● Prepare status reports, presentations, and review material for management
Eligibility & Skills:
Education ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Engineering (B.Tech) or related field
Technical Skills ● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint ● Comfortable using AI tools and AI first mindset ● Exposure to data analysis or dashboards (Power BI preferred) Behavioral Skills ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ● High ownership & self starter ● Curious to learn about various business functions - Ops, Fin, Systems, Marketing etc ● Effective communication and stakeholder coordination ● High learning agility with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset ● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Growth & Development ● Structured training and mentorship from experienced project managers ● Hands-on exposure to live, cross-functional projects ● Defined career progression to Sr. Program Manager roles based on performance
