Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, business opportunities, and market trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role (preferably in the tech industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in IT/software solutions sales (mandatory).
