Business Development Manager

They are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand their client base, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This is a hunter-focused sales role centered on prospecting, relationship building, strategic partnerships, and closing new business. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence. Manage the CRM, sales pipeline, and business development activities. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop tailored AV solutions. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging AV technologies. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. Meet or exceed lead generation and revenue targets. Requirements Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in AV or technology integration. Understanding of audiovisual technologies is a plus. Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
