What You'll Do
• Greet customers and answer phones professionally.
- Greet customers and answer phones professionally.
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, availability, and orders.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and service teams by phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate and order parts for repairs and customer needs.
- Create invoices and process payments, returns, warranties, and core credits.
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct inventory counts.
- Keep the parts counter, stockroom, and work area clean and organized.
- Accurately identify and specify part
- 2 or more years of experience, required.
- Dealership experience required. Toyota experience a plus!
- CDK experience!
- General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
- Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills
- Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record
- Computer proficient
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere
Total Rewards
Est.
