Job Description • Pneumatic Test Bench – Process owner • Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS) • Ensure testing machine capability (Cg,Cgk), • GRR Lead process control & optimization (to meet Quality, Productivity, Failure cost targets) • Evaluate testing failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation • Continuous Improvement (eg - Kaizen & Yokoten)ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation • Implement digital EWS to detect testing failures proactively and reduce downtime/scrap Essential skills
• Pneumatic testing equipments
- Pneumatic testing equipments

- Air pressure and leakage concepts
- Test specification interpretation
- Change management (CR)
- Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate leakages from assembly to component level
- Capability study (Cg/Cgk),GRR
Qualifications Any BE/BTech 5+ years experience in testing
