We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our growing team located in Rosebery. This role will be working directly with our Social Media Coordinator. You will be assisting with the scheduling of all of our social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube & Twitter.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assisting in planning feed and scheduling content across all social media channels ensuring content represents the White Fox brand (including caption writing keeping in brand with white fox tone of voice)
- Assisting in planning feed and scheduling content across all social media channels ensuring content represents the White Fox brand (including caption writing keeping in brand with white fox tone of voice)
- Responsible for creating on brand social assets for social media (including instagram stories and feed posts)
- Responsible for preparation and organisation of stock for all social shoots
- Responsible for planning concepts for and creating in house product focused content (including flatlays & trends)
- Daily monitoring of tagged content and community engagement across social platforms, including responding to creator & customer mentions
- Assist with trend spotting, keeping an eye on what’s performing across platforms and flagging relevant opportunities
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Styling skills and intrests/ knowledge of trends / fashion industry
- Strong time management skills
- Experience using capcut/ inshot preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines within a fast paced environment
- This role is not a typical 9-5 & you will need flexibility to work outside "standard" hours
