We are hiring a hands-on Creative Media Producer to lead all visual storytelling for the school - photography, video, reels, event coverage, portraits, and campaign assets. This is an individual-contributor-plus-lead role: the person shoots, edits, and finishes work personally, while also directing junior/contract creators and holding the quality bar across the team's output. This role sits within the Strategic Advancement Team and reports to the Communications & Marketing Manager. โ€ข Work respectfully and professionally with faculty, students, school leaders, and families - with care around consent and student privacy.

  • Energy, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Builds trust across a diverse, international community.

  • This is a NON-hybrid, fully in-office role based in Chennai - screen only candidates willing to relocate to / already based in Chennai and work on-site full-time.
  • Candidates with a strong, varied portfolio (short films, event coverage, portraits, reels) over pure specialists in one format.
  • Producer-editors who can run a solo shoot end-to-end, not just crew members who need a director.
  • Prior experience with schools, NGOs, or other child-facing environments is a strong plus given safeguarding requirements.
