This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8 - 15 LPA)
Min Experience: 2+ Years in Channel Sales Sourcing in mid-luxury projects in Sobo or western belt from Bandra to Borivali Location: Oshiwara, Goregaon JobType: full-time Function: Sales Sub-Function: Sourcing (Channel Sales)/ Business Development Industry: Real Estate Requirements Key Responsibilities: a. Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market. b. Should have worked on mid- luxury projects above 2 crores + c. Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs. d. Current CP DAR in Sobo & Western till Bhayander. e. Active CP must be okay to work for projects in Oshiwara or Goregaon. f. Identify and onboard new Channel Partners. g. Generate business through the CP network. h. Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures. i. Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.
Requirements: a. 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing b. Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai up to Mira Road or Bhayander c. Good communication and relationship-building skills d. Target-oriented and business-focused e. Real estate experience is mandatory. f. Should have recently worked in mid-luxury project starting from 2 crores.
