As a Servicenow Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that enhance thirdโparty risk management, integrated risk management, and governance, risk, and compliance workflows. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex risk and compliance requirements into scalable digital platforms. Leveraging your expertise in TPRM, IRM, and GRC, you will drive process improvements and automation across enterprise risk initiatives. Your contributions will improve data integrity, audit readiness, and overall operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards. - 3+ years of handsโon experience with ServiceNow platform, focusing on TPRM or IRM
- Proven track record of implementing GRC solutions in a large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (ISOโฏ31000, COSO, NIST)
- Experience with scripting (GLS, JavaScript), REST/SOAP APIs, and data integration tools
- Solid knowledge of compliance regulations such as GDPR, SOX, PCIโDSS
- Excellent problemโsolving skills and attention to detail in complex system environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to nonโtechnical stakeholders effectively
- Selfโmotivated, proactive, and adaptable in fastโpaced technology settings
- Strong analytical skills with capacity to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and collaboration tools.
