Job Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machines as per production requirements. Set and operate CNC/VMC machines for various components. Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Perform tool setting, offset correction, and basic machine setup. Monitor machining operations and maintain required quality standards. Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges. Identify and troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues. Maintain machine, tools, and work area properly. Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
