Job Responsibilities:
Operate and program CNC machines as per production requirements. Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and work offsets. Create, modify, and execute CNC programs. Read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications. Perform tool setting, job setting, and machine offsets. Monitor the machining process and ensure smooth production. Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments. Ensure components are manufactured according to required dimensions and tolerances.
