JOB OPENING – CNC TURNING PROGRAMMER
Company: the company Position: CNC Turning Programmer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC Turning / CNC Lathe operations
- CNC programming and program editing
- Good understanding of G-Code & M-Code
- Knowledge of CNC Turning machine setup and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T and machining tolerances
- Understanding of cutting tools, inserts, speeds & feeds
- Knowledge of workholding, tool offsets and tool setting
- Ability to perform job inspection and dimensional measurement
- Knowledge of CNC troubleshooting and process optimization
- Familiarity with CNC controllers such as Fanuc / Siemens will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, edit and optimize CNC turning programs
- Set up machines, tools and workpieces as per drawings
- Ensure accurate production within specified tolerances
- Monitor machining processes and resolve programming/setup issues
- Maintain quality and production standards
