Job Responsibilities:
Operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines for machining components.
Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
Perform machine setting, tool loading, and workpiece clamping.
Monitor machining operations and ensure production quality.
Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain workplace safety.
Identify machining defects and report machine or tool-related issues.
Maintain production targets and quality standards.
