About the job
Develop, edit, and modify CNC programs as per engineering drawings.
Set up and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining methods.
Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and offset adjustments.
Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
Ensure component quality, production targets, and timely completion of jobs.
Identify and troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Maintain machine cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and complete production records.
