For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Senior Executive-Supply Chain Job Description The primary responsibility is end-to-end procurement of direct materials, ensuring competitive cost, timely material availability and supply continuity. The role will also provide site-level support to the HO Category team for indirect material procurement. • Manage the complete PR-to-PO cycle for direct materials, including RFQs, quotation evaluation, QCS and SAP PO processing. • Handle direct material sourcing, vendor development, negotiation and commercial finalization. • Procure direct materials, inventory requirements and bulk solvents. • Develop alternate sources to improve cost, lead time and supply reliability. • Track open POs and ensure OTIF/OTD through effective vendor follow-up. • Coordinate with R&D/users, GBSS, Warehouse, Commercial/SEZ, Logistics and Finance for timely delivery, GRN and payment closure. • Manage vendor performance, rate contracts, critical material requirements and supply-related issues. • Provide site-level support to the HO Category team for indirect material procurement, as the category is centrally managed by HO. • Maintain procurement compliance and provide regular material and open-PO status updates.
