For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Chief Manager - Finance Job Description Lead finance operations of Mahad location with ownership of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting, working capital, and MIS. Act as a strategic business partner to drive profitability through cost optimization, pricing, monetization, and productivity initiatives. Ensure effective CAPEX evaluation, timely financial closing, accurate reporting, accounting compliance, and strong financial controls in collaboration with shared services and site functions. • Lead finance teams at Mahad location • Own BS, P&L and Cash Flow for the site • Pro-actively act as a business partner for the site and division • Work close with various functions to improve site profitability without compromising on controls (Pricing, monetization opportunities, cost improvement / reduction initiatives) • Working Capital management • Drive annual budgeting process • Ensure timely & accurate MIS reporting • Analyse variations vs budget & previous year • Review & approve capex proposal • Ensure all site accounting activities are completed – Costing, monthly close entries, Balance Sheet Hygiene. Work with shared services to ensure timely vendor payments, collections & accurate accounting. • Ensure compliance with internal policies (Credit & Accounting)
