About the job
- Ensure to comply with the company's safety, health and environmental management regulations.
- Manage customer contracts by performing preventative maintenance visits, documenting / delivering reports and providing on-site remedial support.
- Ensure non-warranty replacement to customers for respective region on time.
- Customer return valve Document tracking and ensure proper service and return to customer.
- Co-ordination with Service Team and cross-functional teams for Service Activity
- Understanding and following safety requirements for equipment design, troubleshooting, and operation.
- Ensuring proper shutdown service activity with documentation and feedback from Customer end
- Ensure Warranty/ Non-warranty replacement to customers for respective region on time.
- Timely submission of service report and solutions provided to the customers.
- B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree
- Ability to work in with minimum supervision
- 0-2 years experience in service
- Physical demands:
- Must be able to lift to 3 Kilogram weight.
- Must be able to distinguish colors

- Experience in Solenoid valves handling, and Knowledge of field instrumentation pressure, Flow & Temperature.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English language.
- Willing to travel approximately 75% (within country and region).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
