About the job
We are currently seeking a Support Engineer (L1) to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
- "Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
- Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts
- Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basis
- Perform initial incident triage and severity classification
- Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures
- Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting
- Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
