• Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the overall hiring process. • Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth joining experience and timely completion of all required documentation and formalities. • HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR processes including employee records, documentation, HR trackers, and other people-related activities. • Administrative Support: Assist with office administration, employee coordination, engagement activities, and other operational requirements. • Candidate & Employee Coordination: Act as a point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups. • Process Support: Help maintain HR systems and trackers while supporting the team with day-to-day HR processes and coordination. Qualifications Who are we looking for?
- Based in Mumbai and comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
- 6+ months of experience in recruitment, HR administration, HR operations, or a related role.
- Prior experience working with a recruitment or staffing agency is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A fast learner who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A people-oriented team player who is eager to learn and build a career in HR.
