About the job
We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer Trainee to join our development team. In this role, you will undergo intensive training to build a strong foundation in software engineering principles, coding standards, and system design. You will work closely with senior mentors to contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. Responsibilities:
• On-the-Job Training : Actively participate in workshops and training sessions to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.

- Software Development : Assist in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code for non-complex modules under the guidance of senior developers.
- Testing and Debugging : Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects through unit and integration testing.
- Collaboration : Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews to gain exposure to professional project workflows and team dynamics.
- Documentation : Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documents, such as user manuals and README files, to support future maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance both personal growth and team productivity.
- Education : Bachelor’s Engineering degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent.
- Technical Skills :
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as asp.net,Python, C#, or C++ .
- Foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures .
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git .
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) .
