This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates to launch their legal career with a reputable firm, working on diverse legal matters, gaining practical experience, and developing expertise in various practice areas under the mentorship of experienced legal professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and case law Prepare legal documents, memoranda, and briefs for client matters Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and litigation support Review contracts and legal agreements for compliance and risk assessment Maintain accurate case files and legal documentation Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal matters Attend court proceedings and legal meetings as required Contribute to legal advisory services and client consultations Stay updated with recent legal developments and case precedents Support in legal compliance and regulatory matters Must have skills: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a Bar Council of India recognised institution (5-year integrated BA LLB or 3-year LLB program) Enrolled or eligible to enrol with a State Bar Council Strong knowledge of Indian legal system and constitutional law Excellent understanding of civil and criminal law procedures Proficiency in legal research methodologies Good to have skills: Additional specialization or certification in specific practice areas (Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, etc.) Internship experience with law firms or legal departments Published articles or research papers on legal topics Participation in moot courts or legal competitions Knowledge of international legal frameworks Why Join Us?: Transition to Senior Associate roles Specialization in preferred practice areas Leadership and management track Exposure to high-profile cases and clients Continuous professional development programs Opportunity to build expertise in specific legal domains
