Job Title: .NET Developer Location: Chennai Job Type: Onsite Experience: 10 - 15 yrs CTC: Negotiable About Role: We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with 10+ years of professional expertise to join our Chennai-based development team. This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-level applications, lead technical initiatives, and mentor junior developers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust .NET applications while ensuring code quality and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable enterprise-level applications using .NET framework and C# Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for distributed systems Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps engineers Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing Participate in system design discussions and technical decision-making Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment Work with databases (SQL Server, NoSQL) for data modeling and optimization Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive code documentation Must have skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (including .NET Core/.NET 5+) Proven experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development Solid understanding of OOPS concepts and design patterns Experience with SQL Server and relational database design Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab) Experience with agile development methodologies Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environments Good to have skills: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Moq) Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Contributions to open-source projects Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js for full-stack development Why Join Us?: Career advancement to senior developer or architect roles Opportunity to lead technical projects and teams Continuous learning and professional development Exposure to latest technologies and industry trends Mentorship opportunities for junior developers
