Job Title: Enterprise Architect Location: Bangalore Job Type: Onsite Experience: 15 - 20 CTC: Negotiable About Role: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of expertise to lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale enterprise systems. This role involves architecting robust Java-based solutions, defining technology strategies, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementations. You will mentor teams, drive architectural excellence, and influence organizational technology decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-level Java applications and microservices architectures Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization Conduct technology assessments and recommend solutions for complex business challenges Lead cross-functional teams in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system performance and capabilities Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines Mentor and guide junior architects and senior developers on architectural principles Collaborate with C-level executives to align technology strategy with business goals Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership on critical projects Design high-availability, disaster recovery, and security frameworks for enterprise systems Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of existing infrastructure Must have skills: 15+ years of professional experience in software architecture and enterprise systems design Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience with Java and related technologies Proven expertise in designing microservices, SOA, and distributed systems Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks Good to have skills: Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification Experience with AI/ML integration in enterprise systems Background in financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications industries Expertise in event-driven architectures and real-time data processing Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline design Published articles or speaking engagements on enterprise architecture topics Why Join Us?: Lead strategic technology initiatives and digital transformation programs Opportunity to influence organizational technology direction Mentorship and leadership development programs Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and industry trends Potential for promotion to Chief Architect or CTO roles International project exposure and global team collaboration Speaking opportunities at industry conferences
