Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer Location: Bangalore Job Type: onsite Experience: 5 - 9yrs CTC: Negotiable Permanent Employment with a Product based company. About Role: The Senior Full-Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying mission-critical SaaS products. This position requires a technically proficient engineer capable of working across the full software development lifecycle using modern cloud-native architectures. The successful candidate will leverage Microsoft technologies (.NET 8+ and Azure PaaS) while delivering responsive user interfaces using Angular v18+, and will engage at a senior level collaborating with Technical Leads and Product Owners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend RESTful APIs and microservices using C# and .NET 8+ Develop and maintain responsive, client-side applications using Angular v18+ and TypeScript Implement and manage cloud-native solutions within the Microsoft Azure environment Ensure stability and reliability of the mission-critical SaaS platform through rigorous unit testing, integration testing, and performance profiling Partner closely with the Product Owner during sprint planning sessions and design workshops to analyze requirements and translate business goals into technical execution plans Work with the Technical Lead to define system architecture, conduct feasibility studies, and communicate tradeoffs regarding design choices Participate in code reviews to enforce coding standards and adherence to industry best practices (SOLID, DRY, etc.) Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues Own solutions all the way through to completion including edge cases, rollout, and monitoring Drive features from concept to production with full-cycle ownership Must have skills: You're told a system must be "highly available". Before designing anything, what does that statement actually mean to you? An SQL query that used to run in 5 seconds now runs in 5 minutes. What would you check? Tomorrow you will take ownership of a production system you've never seen before. The engineer who knows it best is leaving, and you will get only 45 minutes with them.
