About the Role: Build and scale “PayU for Startups” (https://www.startups.payu.in) into the most loved platform for founders—reducing onboarding time, removing friction, enabling white-glove onboarding at scale, and wiring a GTM engine that turns high-intent startup demand into activation, adoption, and revenue. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role with clear goals, fast execution, and measurable outcomes.

- Trusted visibility via dashboards, attribution, and governance cadence
Requirements:
- Experience leading programs/experience/GTM for complex, multi-stakeholder journeys (fintech/SaaS/startups a plus)
- 3-4 years of cross-functional experience partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Ops, and Support to launch and scale initiatives
- Track record of building digital platforms, removing onboarding friction, and lifting activation/adoption at scale
- Strong RevOps/process mindset: CRM, funnel ops, SLAs, instrumentation, attribution
- Crisp communication, stakeholder management, executive presence, and bias for action
Nice to have
- Exposure to startup ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, ISVs), founder communities, or B2B partnerships
- Comfort with data tools (e.g., dashboards/BI), experimentation, and content-led GTM
